Congratulations on the reception of the movie. I only hope that I am able to find a location near me to view it (upstate NY). I have viewed a lot of the videos posted on the website, the most infuriating being the fox news interview with the creator and the priest. I believe what you are doing is one of the most important quests in the modern era, searching for truth in a time built of lies and deception. I am a liberal christian college student and only hope people would be more understanding in other views, I want to know the true Jesus, not one falsified by others, to me Jesus could be single or married, human or divine, his message of love and peace is what is important, nothing more. Lets us all focus on being better people searching for enlightenment not malicious liars living in darkness.

It doesn't sound like you're on a 'quest' for anything, much less truth. You've already decided who the 'real' Jesus is without looking at the evidence: a Jesus with a message of 'love' and 'peace' who viola just happens to coincide with people's New Age trippy hippy sensibilities. What do you make of this saying of Jesus about 'peace':

"Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law...Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me..." (Matthew 10:34-37)

Or how about this message of 'love':

"Truly I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit NEVER has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin." (Mark 3:28-29)

You might say these are aspects of the falsified picture of Jesus by the church...but tell me then, how do you historically separate the falsified from the real Jesus? What criteria do you use?

The real Jesus has never been popular. People always find excuses to project their prejudices and wants onto him.

This is so ridiculous. As a Bible scholar I have a hard time proving that Jesus exsisted, let alone these details. Exploitation of the easily convinced!
